We want you to be happy with PixelForge. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for individual and school subscriptions.
Individual Pro Subscriptions
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings — no questions asked. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You can re-subscribe at any time
We do not provide refunds for the remaining days in a billing period. If you were charged in error or experienced a technical issue preventing you from using the service, email us at chaseirv16@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review your case.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions ($100/year) are non-refundable after 14 days from the purchase date. Within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund if you are unsatisfied for any reason.
School Licenses
School licenses are invoiced annually. Because licenses are activated immediately upon payment and grant access to all covered users, refunds are not available once the license has been activated.
If you have not yet activated your license and wish to cancel, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
How to Cancel
To cancel a Pro subscription: sign in to the editor at pixelforgegames.net/app, click your account name in the top bar, and click "Manage Subscription" to access the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel.
To cancel a school license or request a refund, email chaseirv16@gmail.com with your school name and invoice number.
